Once they determined the reason, Emmanuel used my hand vacuum to vacuum behind the washing machine and the dryer. He removed a few things that had found their way behind the machines and set them aside for me. Both men were very friendly and attentive, and answered all of the questions I had. I have two quotes for work that my machine would need and I will be determining when to hire The Repair Tech to come back.
