Meet The Owner
Andreina Leal-Carrillo
Hi, I’m Andreina.
CEO & Co-Owner of The Repair Tech Inc.
If you’ve made it to this page, chances are you want to know who’s behind the company you’re trusting with your home or business.
First, thank you.
The Repair Tech isn’t just another HVAC and appliance company—it’s my family’s story.

The Roots
It Started With Family.
I grew up in the HVAC industry.
Some of my earliest memories are watching my father build his business from the ground up. I watched him solve problems, take care of customers, and build a reputation through hard work and integrity. Long before I ever owned a business, those values became part of who I am.
Years later, my husband Emmanuel and I started The Repair Tech with a simple goal: build the kind of company we’d want to hire ourselves.
Our Why
Life has a way of changing your priorities.
When we learned our unborn son would have special needs, everything changed.
Like many families, we faced uncertainty. We wanted the flexibility to be present for doctor appointments, therapies, hospital visits, and the unexpected moments that come with raising a child with additional needs.
Leaving the security of corporate America wasn’t easy.
But sometimes the biggest leaps of faith become the greatest blessings.
What started as a husband-and-wife operation has grown into a company serving homeowners and businesses across San Diego County while never losing sight of why we started.

Built on Relationships, Not Transactions
We believe repairs should be honest.
Customers should be educated—not pressured.
People deserve transparency.
Our technicians aren’t trained to sell.
They’re trained to solve problems.
That’s why we’ve built our company around a repair-first philosophy.
It’s why so many of our customers become customers for life.

Beyond The Repair Tech
Owning a business has given me something I never expected—a platform.
Today I have the privilege of speaking across the country about entrepreneurship, leadership, women in the skilled trades, customer experience, AI implementation, workforce development, branding, and building businesses that create lasting impact.
I’ve spoken for organizations including:
Giving Back Matters
Business has never been just about profit.
It’s about people.
I proudly serve on nonprofit boards, mentor entrepreneurs, advocate for special needs families, and volunteer throughout our community.
Whether I’m helping another business owner solve a problem or speaking with students about careers in the skilled trades, my goal is always the same:
Create opportunities.
Open doors.
Leave people better than I found them.
Awards & Recognition
I’m incredibly grateful to have been recognized by organizations that value leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and community impact.
These awards are milestones, but they’re also reminders that success is never achieved alone.
Every recognition represents the incredible employees, customers, mentors, partners, and community members who have been part of this journey.
