Emmanuel and Gus came out to assess the problem with my washing machine. Once they determined the reason, Emmanuel used my hand vacuum to vacuum behind the washing machine and the dryer. He removed a few things that had found their way behind the machines and set them aside for me. Both men were very friendly and attentive, and answered all of the questions I had. I have two quotes for work that my machine would need and I will be determining when to hire The Repair Tech to come back. Jacob and Gus installed a new in cabinet microwave. They were fast and proficient and did an excellent job. I appreciate the fact that they cleaned up afterwards. Five star service!!
