The Repair Tech was founded by husband-and-wife team Andreina and Emmanuel Carrillo with a vision of creating a company rooted in integrity, professionalism, and community. Together, they combined their experience, passion, and shared values to build a business focused on honest service and meaningful relationships.

A Love Story Built on Shared Values & Hard Work
Andreina and Emmanuel’s journey began in high school, where their shared work ethic, family values, and passion for helping others brought them together. Working side by side in Andreina’s family HVAC and appliance business, they discovered a shared passion for the trades and a vision of building something meaningful together.
Shortly after starting their family, they launched The Repair Tech with the goal of creating a company rooted in honesty, professionalism, and community. Combining Andreina’s business and marketing expertise with Emmanuel’s technical experience, they built a company focused on delivering dependable service while creating genuine relationships with customers throughout San Diego County.
Today, The Repair Tech stands as a reflection of their partnership, dedication, and commitment to making a positive impact both inside and outside of the industry.
CEO and Co-Founder
Andreina Leal-Carrillo
Andreina’s journey into the HVAC and appliance industry began at a young age while helping in her father’s business. From translating for customers to bookkeeping and supporting day-to-day operations, she developed a deep appreciation for hard work, integrity, and customer care early in life.
Today, Andreina leads The Repair Tech with a strong focus on transparency, professionalism, and community involvement. Her background in marketing and business development, combined with her passion for helping others, has helped shape The Repair Tech into the trusted, women-owned company it is today.
As both a business owner and mother, Andreina is deeply passionate about creating opportunities, supporting the special needs community, and building meaningful relationships throughout San Diego County.

Emmanuel Carrillo
Born and raised in San Diego, Emmanuel grew up working alongside his father in the construction and handyman trades, where he developed a passion for craftsmanship and hands-on problem solving. After being introduced to the HVAC and appliance industry through Andreina’s family business, he discovered a career path that combined his technical skills with his dedication to helping people.
Today, Emmanuel plays a key role in the operations and technical side of The Repair Tech, bringing years of hands-on experience, leadership, and commitment to quality workmanship into every aspect of the business.

Joe’s path into the trades began through his curiosity about HVAC and appliance systems while working in restaurant kitchens. What started as conversations with technicians eventually became a passion for hands-on problem solving and helping people through skilled trade work.
At The Repair Tech, Joe is known for his positive attitude, accountability, and dedication to learning. His diverse background and customer-focused approach help him connect with homeowners while delivering dependable service and clear communication.

Armando has been working in the appliance industry since he was seventeen years old and has developed a strong reputation for detailed diagnostics, technical knowledge, and customer communication. He is currently expanding his expertise into HVAC while continuing to grow his skills and certifications.

After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps as an electrician, Jacob transitioned into the HVAC and appliance industry where he found a passion for hands-on work, diagnostics, and helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their homes.
